Some files need to be confidential, have you ever think if there is a way you can hide or folder on your computer from your friends? sometimes your friends just open your computer and access some files that need to be confidential,
The most important thing is that, once hidden with this method, the
files/folders cannot be viewed by any search options even if you click
"Show All Hidden Files and Folders".
enough talk and lets get to work you don't need any software or tools to achieve this , all you need is to follow this tutorials and your privacy will be confidential
the first step is where is the folder we want to add located
For Example: You have a folder named "CashdovePsw" and this folder is stored in (Disk Drive C). You think that it should not be seen by strangers or friends who use your PC.
now
that you have now where your folder is located, and note the above
mention is just an example just find where you folder is locate, we have
provide a screenshot below , so that you wont have any problem
Now follow the following instructions
- Press windowkey+R: Run command dialog box appears.
- Now type "cmd" and hit enter. A command prompt window displays.
- Now type "attrib +s +h C:\cashdovepsw" and hit enter.
- The folder "Cashdovepsw" will be hidden even you cannot be able to see it but to view your folder back

(To view this folder again, use the same command but replace '+' with '-' on both flags 's' and 'h'
